Why it works
Family reunions live or die on the hangout spaces. Our houses give you both: big common areas where everyone ends up in the evening, and enough corners — pool, dock, pickleball court, hot tub — that the teenagers, the toddlers' parents, and the grandparents can each find their own pace during the day.
Russell Township's pool and pickleball court are reunion gold: the kids burn energy in the water while the adults hold court poolside, and the hot tub becomes the after-bedtime headquarters. Sunrise Beach trades the pool for the lake itself — a private dock for swimming, fishing, and watching sunsets with the whole crew.
With 16 beds in each house, nobody gets exiled to a motel across town. The cousins stay up late together. Grandma gets her coffee on the deck in the morning. That's the weekend.
Planning a reunion
Reunions book farther out than most trips — if you're eyeing a summer or holiday weekend, reach out as early as you can and we'll tell you honestly what's open. Shoulder seasons at the lake are quieter, easier to book, and still plenty warm for the pool and the dock.

One honest note: each house is booked for up to 16 registered overnight guests. If your reunion plans include daytime visitors beyond the overnight group, tell us when you inquire — gatherings beyond registered guests require separate confirmation, and we'd rather plan it with you than surprise you.
