-A $250 security deposit will be automatically charged 2 days before check-in and fully refunded 2 days after checkout, provided no damages or policy violations are reported. -To help ensure a smooth and secure stay, all guests are required to complete a rental agreement and submit the required security deposit before check-in. Check-in instructions will be provided once both requirements have been completed. If these requirements are not completed by the required deadline, the reservation may be canceled, and the applicable cancellation policy will apply. - NO Smoking indoors. Smoking inside, as well as damage or debris/paraphernalia found inside or outside will result in the loss of the entire damage deposit as well as additional cleaning and damage costs. - Caution: The pool/dock equipment at this property is currently unsafe. The diving board is broken, the ladder is rusted, and the slide is very old, tall, and pulling away from the door frame. Please do not use any of this equipment until further notice. - A propane grill is provided for your convenience. Complimentary propane is not included. If the propane tank runs out during your stay, refilling or exchanging the tank is the guest's responsibility. - Parking: 4 in the garage/driveway - Additional Parking Option: Street parking for 2 - Use of house is limited to registered guests only. Please discuss any exceptions prior to booking. - Kitchen and house clean up is guests' responsibility. We just ask you leave it as you found it. - We try to keep up with repairs but if you find something that needs repaired, replaced or if damaged or breakage occurred during your stay, please let me know right away. - Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM...No, you don't have to whisper during those times, but please just be aware of the noise levels that affect our neighbors. - We use a smartlock with unique codes for every guest, and in case of any unexpected lock issues, we also have a backup lockbox available, and please note that lost keys incur a $500 replacement fee. - We typically provide guests with a starter supply of basic essentials like paper towels, toilet papers, laundry pods, etc. to ensure you have what you need upon arrival, avoiding unnecessary trips to the store during check-in. These supplies are not intended to last for your entire stay, as needs can vary depending on the number of guests and the length of your visit. However, there are nearby stores and grocery options where you can easily shop or place orders for additional items as needed.
