The 9-hole Hidden Lakes Golf Course running throughout. Margaritaville Resort is adjacent to Tan-Tar-A Estates and offers an Indoor Water Park, several Restaurants & Lounges and Specialty Gift Shops. Reservation Holder must be at least 21 years old and present for the entire duration of the stay. NO Animals. NO Exceptions. Evidence of animals inside or outside will result in the loss of the entire damage deposit as well as additional cleaning and damage costs. NO Smoking indoors. Smoking inside, as well as damage or debris/paraphernalia found inside or outside will result in the loss of the entire damage deposit as well as additional cleaning and damage costs. NO Bonfires, Fireworks, Candles and Other Flammables Evidence such as damage or debris/paraphernalia found inside or outside the house will result in additional cleaning and damage costs. The estates policy on bonfires, fireworks and other outdoor flammables is strict and strongly enforced.

Reservation Holder must be at least 21 years old and present for the entire duration of the stay. Each unit has one designated parking space. Vehicle tags must be submitted at least 24 hours before check-in, or access to the property may be denied. NO Animals. NO Exceptions. Evidence of animals inside or outside will result in the loss of the entire damage deposit as well as additional cleaning and damage costs. NO Smoking indoors.
